Schedule III. Speed Limits

Table III-A. Speed Limits.

The speed on any street in this City shall not exceed twenty (20) miles per hour, both daytime and nighttime, unless otherwise posted and set out herein:

Location	Speed Limit
Anchor Drive (third tier)	15 mph
Any private lake property which is not a street	20 mph
Dockside Drive (first tier)	15 mph
Emerald Shore Drive (first tier)	15 mph
U.S. 40 Highway (eastbound and westbound)	55 mph
Woods Chapel Road	35 mph
Using a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard to the traffic, surface and width of the street, and the hazards at intersections and any other conditions existing.
