§ 390.230. Mechanical or Electrical Signal Devices Required.

All motor vehicles, so constructed and equipped that the hand and arm signals cannot be given or seen from the rear and which are owned by residents of the City, shall be equipped with a mechanical or electrical signaling device which shall display a signal plainly visible from the rear and indicating an intention to turn or stop, or that the speed of the motor vehicle is being slowed.
