§ 310.120. Police To Prepare Written Report.

Every officer of the Police Department who, in the regular course of duty, investigates a motor vehicle accident, either at the time of and at the scene of an accident or thereafter by interviewing the participants or witnesses, shall immediately prepare and file a written report of said accident.
